Blackout is about four teenagers who have ability's. Laura and Alec are terrorists, while Jack and Aubrey are just high school students. With the government trying to capture them they have to come together. One wrong move any everything can come crumbling down.
Blackout uses third point of view to explain what each of the teens had to go through. This is one of the first fiction book I have read in third person point of view and I really enjoyed it. At times this book can get a little confusing but overall a really good read.
